Valid MA CNA/HHA License/Certificate Valid Driver's License Proof of Auto Insurance and Access to a Reliable Car Physical exam within the past 12 months PPD within the past 24 months (OR chest x-ray within the past 5 years) Full Covid-19 VaccinationSalary:
$18 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
