93 an hour Position Overview:
You will be caring for multiple properties across the lower cape as an General laborer helping team manage rental homes and commercial buildings.
Primary work will include general maintenance items, painting, landscaping, poultry care, repairs, light carpentry.
Responsibilities:
Landscape Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, leaf blowing, trimming shrubs, and removing debris from outdoor areas.
Plant Care:
Care for flowers and foliage by planting, watering, fertilizing, mulching, and removing weeds as needed.
General Building Maintenance:
Assist with general building maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing and electrical repairs, patching walls, light carpentry work etc Seasonal Maintenance:
Maintain parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, and other surfaces, including minor asphalt and concrete repairs.
Equipment Operation:
Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools, including trimmers, blowers, compactors, and other landscaping equipment.
Animal Care:
Assist clients as needed with feeding and caring for poultry, livestock and other domestic animals.
Maintenance Diagnosis:
Identify and address electrical, plumbing, and structural issues as assigned.
Equipment Maintenance:
Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of various equipment, including mowers and machinery.
Commercial and Residential Care:
Provide groundskeeping services for commercial and residential properties, ensuring the higg standard of care and maintenance.
Sidewalk and Driveway Maintenance:
Properly upkeep sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, planters, and other grounds features.
Seasonal snow removal as needed.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in groundskeeping and landscaping.
Painting experience.
Light carpentry experience a plus.
Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment and machinery.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
