Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club Brewster, MA Brewster, MA Full-time Full-time $60,000 - $80,000 a year $60,000 - $80,000 a year The Technology Support Professional will be responsible for supporting the resort technology solutions including all employee and guest facing technology systems, under the guidance of the Senior Systems Engineer.
The candidate for this position must be able to work and establish a strong working relationship with strategic partners such as third-party consultants, managed services providers, and various software and hardware vendors to be successful.

Note:
This is a full time onsite, hands-on technical role.
Responsibilities Follow, updated, and maintain standard support procedures and documentation for, but not limited to:
systems maintenance, including patching cadence; onboarding/offboarding; workstation upgrades and replacements; and software upgrades Provide end-user support for all hardware, software, and network related problems Provide guest support for all resort systems, including WiFi and In Room Entertainment Perform proactive daily system checks to assist in identifying problems before they are Administration of Active Directory, Microsoft 365 environment, including Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams Asist with the setup, operation, maintenance, and breakdown all resort technology needs (Point of Sale & Property Management) Handle day to day trouble tickets, tracking time and resolution notes in the ticketing system Open and follow up on support issues with the various 3rdparty vendors Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience Certifications preferred:
MCSA, MCSE, CCST, A+, Network+, Security+, CCSK, ISC2 - CC, VCA Minimum of 2 years' experience with troubleshooting and supporting various technology environments Prior hospitality experience is highly desirable Working knowledge of operating systems (Windows & Mac OS), network connectivity (TCP/IP, Ethernet, WiFi, DHCP, DNS), cybersecurity, mobile devices, TV entertainment (set top boxes, HDMI connections, etc.
) Working knowledge of Microsoft Solutions - Microsoft 365, Windows Server (2008 through 2022), Active Directory, DHCP, DNS Working knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Hyper-V Working knowledge SAN & NAS technologies, such as iSCSI, Dell Compellent, Dell EMC Storage, Synology, etc.
