5K a year The Reservations Agent PM position will be dedicated to selling guest rooms to our transient and group guests over the phone.
This shift will start at 3pm and end at 11pm.
Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task under strict deadlines is key to the overall success of the Reservations Office and each agent will play a vital role in generating/processing room revenue for the resort.
The majority of the time spent in the office will be on the phones selling the Ocean Edge product to our guests in addition to the other daily responsibilities/tasks that must be completed by the Reservations Office.
Each agent must be proficient in basic computer skills such as typing, using Microsoft Applications and use of email.
Proper phone etiquette and excellent communications skills are required in order to be successful in this position.
Excellent customer service skills and guest service skills are essential to meeting 4 Diamond Standards set by the office.
